受講心得 Lessons are fun and enjoyable as everyone is involved in the conversation, so effort in the form of class participation is the most important requirement of this class. It is absolutely necessary to not only respond but also to try to initiate conversation in this class.
Regular punctual attendance is a must.
English 2 through 4 with me is strongly recommended.

授業の目的 This is modern conversational English; what we say and how we say it. Each lesson is built around one grammatical target structure, but the lesson focus is never on grammar itself. Rather, we explore how the target structure can be applied in various real life situations to achieve different objectives. Understanding the grammar occurs as a peripheral process. The course is designed to bring the student from the very basics in English 2 through small and progressive steps to a solid and well rounded foundational command of the language by the end of English 6. Emphasis is placed on keeping the lessons fun by making them real to life, and easy to understand.
The following is simply and outline of the structures covered and is subject to change to best suit the level and progress of the students in any given term.
